Bradley Roberts always knew that he wanted to be involved in education. He earned a B.S.E. from UCA, then he attended ASU where he received an M.S.E. and recently he attended Haring University and received his Educational Specialist Degree in Leadership. After nineteen years teaching mathematics at Bald Knob High School, Bradley launched a new career as an administrator, serving as Assistant Superintendent in Midland School District, Math Specialist for Arkansas Center for Mathematics and Science Education, High School Principal at the Bradford School District and currently serving as the Middle School Principal at the Bald Knob School District.

Bradley was a high school student when he realized that technology was the foundation for building a strong math background. When he was in the tenth grade he was the first person to acquire a calculator in the school, and he believes that Texas Instruments has been a source of strength for advancement in math technology. "The TI-84 SE is one of the finest tools for all types of mathematics," he said.

Bradley has always been a leader in the educational field. He has made presentations at the Mathematics Modeling Our World National Conference, Arkansas Conference of Teaching Mathematics, Arkansas Math and Science Leadership Conference, NCTM and Teachers Teaching with Technology International Conference. He has a strong desire to influence others into joining in the ever advancing and changing world of educational technology. One of his goals is to promote curriculum integration in his new job.

His current goal is to be an advocate for the classroom teacher in trying to provide the necessary technology to make student successful in a technological world. "There is no limit to the uses of technology in every area," he said. The challenges that he sees are educatorsí attitudes toward change and technology, and how to use technology to enhance education.

Bradley enjoys golfing and fishing to relax his mind. Also, as a sideline, but not necessarily second in importance, he has been a church camp supervisor and the pastor of Independence Baptist Church. He believes that learning is important in all aspects of life.
